James Environmental Management (JEM) is a recognized leader in assisting a variety of industries nationwide to develop cost-effective Environmental Compliance solutions, and is qualified to perform Phase I and Phase II Environmental Site Assessments, including All Appropriate Inquiries, in accordance with ASTM Standard E 1527.
One of our knowledgeable field technicians will visit the target property and perform the site reconnaissance portion of the Phase I ESA, and Interviews will be conducted with new owners, past owners and selected previous management having historical knowledge of the facility.
JEM will develop the Phase I ESA based on information gathered during the site investigation, from historical and regulatory databases, and communications with all available and appropriate site personnel and entities involved with the property.
