Make sure you complete any outstanding inspections, perform a general cleanup, and call JEM for additional guidance.

What do I do if I didn’t get a sample?

Submit a NODI to JEM and be sure to complete the quarterly wet weather visual.

How can I submit the DMR?

Each report will have a specific set of instructions on the first page. Please follow these instructions to submit your DMR. Feel free to reach out if you need assistance.

Do I need to complete my quarterly if JEM did an annual?

If JEM has completed an annual inspection during the same Quarter, then you do not need to do an additional inspection.
