New Stormwater Permits for 2011

Several state Storm Water Permits expire this year, and several new ones will be issued.  Here are the states that can expect permit changes this year:

• Arizona – New permit becomes effective 2/1/2011
• Colorado – Permit expires 12/31/2011
• Connecticut – Permit expires 9/30/2011, will be reissued with minor changes 10/1/2011
• Georgia – Permit expires 7/31/2011
• Kansas – permit expires 8/31/2011
• Louisiana – permit expires 4/30/2011, new permit is in preliminary draft
• Michigan cycle 1 – permit expires 4/1/2011
• Nebraska – draft permit issued 1/1/2011, final permit pending
• Ohio – permit expires 4/31/2011, will reissue 5/1/2011
• Oklahoma – permit expires 5/2/2011, will reissue 5/1/2011
• Rhode Island – permit expires 4/30/2011
• South Carolina – old permit reissued 1/1/2011
• Texas – permit expires 8/13/2011
• Utah (sector M) – permit expires 12/31/2011
• Wisconsin – permit expires 4/1/2011
